Power Issues
To reboot your player:
- Unplug all cables and wait 30 seconds.
- Connect the HDMI cable to the port closest to the power supply, connect the power cord, and turn on the player.
Notes:
- If you don’t see a display, ensure you plugged the HDMI cable into the correct port.
- If needed, disconnect the player from the TV or move the touchscreen unit to a different power source.
Video Issues
There are several approaches you can take if your TV has a black screen or No signal error while your player is powered on:
- Ensure the HDMI cable is connected to the port closest to the player’s power supply as it is the only active HDMI port.
- Disconnect the HDMI cable from both the TV and player and wait five seconds, then reconnect.
- Replace the HDMI cable.
- Reboot your player (see above).
- Try a different HDMI port on the TV (not the player).
- Disconnect the player from the TV or touchscreen and test it on a different display.
WiFi Connection Issues
Note: If the device isn't a touchscreen, you’ll need to plug a mouse into the player.
