Welcome to an overview of VSNetworks Content Management. In the video below, you’ll be given an introduction to the different elements and features of the program. Then, you can review the bullet points of each.

Dashboard
- After logging in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard.
- This is where you’ll access all of your store locations as well as links to the media devices installed at each.
- Typically, you’ll use the dashboard to customize content for your display systems as touchscreen content is updated automatically (when available).
- Hovering over a media device will provide access to its Content or Settings.
System Settings
- Clicking the Media Systems tab in the top menu will take you to System Settings.
- From here, you can edit settings for your media devices and locations.
- In System Settings, you can navigate directly to location or device by using the menu on the left-hand side.
Content Management
- Clicking the Content button for a device will take you to Content Management.
- From here, you’ll see the Now Playing tab which will show all of the content currently running on the device.
- Click on a thumbnail to preview content.
- My Content is where you’ll upload and customize content (images, videos, apps, etc.).
- The Content Library features content created/managed by regional and/or national distributors.
- This content is organized by Channel and can be manually added/removed.
- System Groups allow you to group a selection of devices together to manage their content at once.
