My Content is where you’ll upload and customize your content for display. Check out the video and bullet points below for an overview of My Content.
As a reminder, content in your library will be shared across all devices and locations in your network.
Using My Content:
- To upload a new ad, you’ll click the Upload Image or Video tile at the top of the homepage.
- Drag-and-drop the files you’d like to upload.
- You’ll choose the channel where your content will play and, once it’s uploaded, it’ll appear in your Library.
- You can add a SmartPlay application (Twitter, Weather, etc.) by clicking Add an App.
- From the main page, you can toggle content on/off, adjust frequency, or click the trash icon to delete.
- Click a file’s thumbnail to preview, update settings, or view performance metrics.
- When previewing, you can also Delete, Re-Upload, or Download files using the menu button in the lower-left corner.
- You can update a file’s display name and description from the Settings tab.
- Using the Audio toggle will set a file’s audio on/off.
- You can schedule start and end dates for content to play.
- Click Update Now for changes to take immediate effect. Clicking Apply or Save after updating content will see changes taking effect the next day.
Note: Supported files types are .mp4, .jpg, and .png.
