Export to Video
Before exporting, you’ll need to save your video:
- Click File in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select Browse and choose where you’d like to save your file.
- Provide a file name, then click Save.
Now, you can export your video:
- Click File in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select Create a Video.
- For Presentation Quality, select Largest file size and highest quality (1920 x 1080).
- In the next selection box, choose Use Recorded Timings and Narrations.
- Click Create Video.
- This will prompt a Save As option.
- Choose where you’d like to save your video.
- Provide a file name, then click Save.
After this, you’ll see a progress bar in the bottom-center of your screen reading Creating video .mp4. The exporting process can take several minutes. During this, don’t close PowerPoint or open another presentation.
Once the export is complete, you can access your completed video file to be shared or uploaded to your media library. You can make edits to your presentation, but you’ll need to save your file and export the video again after doing so.
